Upon receiving an order we carefully hand pick each flower, then wash and soak them in water to hydrate them for shipping.
Gift boxes are lined with wax paper to retain moisture, and each flower or bunch is wrapped in wax paper and has a “water bag” on the bottom. To avoid damage, flowers are shipped unarranged. Low arrangements include wet foam and a container. Tall bouquets do not include a vase, due to the possibility of breakage.
We send the freshest seasonal flowers, so the colors or variety you receive may differ from our photos, but we are sure you will find them equally beautiful.
Shipping considerations
We generally need 24-48 hours between your order and shipping, so we can pick and hydrate your flowers, and to fit with the FedEx shipping schedule and ensure that your flowers arrive fresh.
Standard shipping: All orders are shipped second-day air via FedEx. We ship Monday through Wednesday to all US mainland locations, for delivery Wednesday through Friday. Here is a sample of what our shipping schedule looks like. We will do our best to ship orders out as soon as possible.

Special cases: Overnight shipping is available to some locations at an additional charge. If you are interested in this, contact us to see if it is available to your area. Deliveries to California, Arizona, and Florida may take an extra day if stopped for random state agricultural inspection. Delivery to some rural or remote areas may take an extra day. If you need an order shipped to Canada, please contact us to see if we can accommodate. There will be an additional charge.
